Our Ribolla Gialla is a fresh, lively wine, with distinct floral aromas and notes of melon and citrus, for drinking throughout the meal. An icon of the Colli Orientali del Friuli (Eastern Hills of Friuli), a jewel of Torre Rosazza.

A strong land of contrasts. Friuli is a journey within a journey in the discovery of ever new landscapes, flavors and histories, with one common thread: great wines.

Torre Rosazza was originally a medieval fortress. From its towers it was possible to watch over movements along the surrounding streets. And archers aimed their arrows at any attackers from the loopholes that can be seen in the façade.

Where there is wine there is home. Thus it was that in the late 1600s the noble Antonini family, already owners of the Torre Rosazza vineyards, decided to renovate the old medieval fortress and transform it into a hilltop residence. Thus begins, for everyone, the story of Turris Rosacea.

100 hectares, 80 of which are planted with vineyards. Our estate is located on the Colli di Rosazzo, in a microzone highly suited for the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC. It has direct ties with the Abbey of Rosazzo, a place where winemaking has developed over the centuries. What does that mean? It means that we have been working with wine and production methods from time immemorial.
