Our oenologist defines our Pinot Grigio as:
"Straw yellow, with golden reflections. The nose starts with pronounced floral hints that then turn towards fruity: apple and pear. The palate is soft and enveloping and doses a good body with a vein pleasantly acidulous, which gives freshness to the drink. Balanced in each component, it has a good persistence."

You will find all these elements in the glass, because Pinot Grigio has found its ideal home in the Colli Orientali del Friuli and despite it is a very complex type of vine that requires special attention both in cultivation and production, in our lands it is able to express itself at its best.
